Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return request, customers must contact us at care@oreviahome.in within the return period and provide relevant order details.

Unboxing Evidence

Customers are strongly advised to record an uninterrupted unboxing video at the time of opening the package. Such evidence may be required for claims relating to transit damage, missing items, incorrect products, or packaging-related issues.

Eligible Return Cases

Returns may be accepted in cases involving:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Products damaged during transit
  • Incorrect product delivered

Photographs, videos, or additional information may be requested for verification.

Return Request Requirements

To initiate a return, replacement, or refund request, customers must email the following information to care@oreviahome.in within the applicable return period:

  • Order Number
  • Product Name
  • Description of the issue, defect, damage, or concern
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Clear photographs of the product packaging (if applicable)
  • Video evidence showing the reported issue, defect, damage, or condition of the product

The photographs and videos submitted by the customer will be used as part of the verification process and may be compared with the condition of the product received during inspection.

Failure to provide sufficient supporting evidence may result in delays or rejection of the return, replacement, or refund request.

OREVIA reserves the right to request additional information, photographs, videos, or documentation where necessary for claim verification.

Return Shipping

In approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products, return shipping costs shall be borne by OREVIA.

Customers may be required to cooperate with the return pickup process and provide supporting information requested for verification.


Non-Returnable Cases

Returns shall not be accepted for:

  • Damage caused by misuse or negligence
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products altered after delivery
  • Products used contrary to care instructions
  • Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect functionality
  • Requests made after the return period
  • Products that have been used, seasoned, modified, washed, damaged after delivery, or are no longer in their original condition, except where the return request relates to a verified manufacturing defect.

Return Approval

All return requests are subject to review and approval by OREVIA.

Approval of a return request does not automatically guarantee a refund until the returned product has been received and inspected.

OREVIA's inspection findings regarding the condition of the returned product shall be final for determining eligibility for refund, replacement, repair, or rejection of the claim.

Products returned without prior approval from OREVIA may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund processing generally takes 5–10 business days after successful inspection and approval.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges, handling charges, Cash on Delivery charges, and any other service fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered product.


Replacement

Where feasible and at OREVIA's discretion, a replacement or repair may be offered instead of a refund.

Changes to this Policy

OREVIA reserves the right to update, revise, or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes shall become effective immediately upon publication on this Website. Customers are encouraged to review this Policy periodically for updates.
