Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 10 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Unboxing Evidence
Customers are strongly advised to record an uninterrupted unboxing video at the time of opening the package. Such evidence may be required for claims relating to transit damage, missing items, incorrect products, or packaging-related issues.

Return Shipping
In approved cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products, return shipping costs shall be borne by OREVIA.

All return requests are subject to review and approval by OREVIA.
Approval of a return request does not automatically guarantee a refund until the returned product has been received and inspected.

Products returned without prior approval from OREVIA may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender at the customer's expense.

Shipping charges, handling charges, Cash on Delivery charges, and any other service fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered product.
